11 Positions available on ‘Expert’ Board

(CEO, Chair, Deputy, 3 proposed by the (three) schooling sectors, plus 6 other Board positions.)

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of and expertise in relation to the provision of senior secondary education
• Current or recent engagement in the provision of senior secondary education
• Experience or knowledge of:  higher education, senior secondary education, vocational education and training, industry, corporate governance, policy development and/or strategic planning
• Knowledge of the principles of quality assurance and quality improvement
• Ability to think conceptually and strategically
• Committed to a cohesive and integrated education and training system that supports the social and economic development of individuals and South Australia
• Experience in high level strategic governance and management

 Members are most welcome to submit their nomination through the IEU to receive endorsement and support as part of an IEU briefing to the Minister.
